Episode 34: From Form to Function

This episode continues the mini series on How to Engineer a Paradigm Shift in North America. Today we're talking about moving from Form to Function. In order to move towards disciple making we must also move our efforts and resources away from the form of the ministry towards the function of the ministry. We can get stuck in our forms (buildings, programs, expectations, etc) and forget to function (Great Commission, make disciples, love people, etc) which tends to keep us stuck in our old paradigm. 

Let's take action in 2025 towards prioritizing the Great Commission by building new habits for disciple making!
